1. Overview

At Miso Soup Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products, request a refund, or exchange items purchased from our website.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  • Incorrect or Mis-shipped Items: If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the collectible nature of our products (Magic: The Gathering cards, Pokémon cards, booster boxes, etc.), returns for change of mind are generally not accepted unless the product is unopened, in its original condition, and the packaging remains intact. Please note that single cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom or special orders may be non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support at support@misosoupgames.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
  • Step 3: Return the item using the provided shipping instructions. Please note that unless the item is defective or mis-shipped, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange for the same product or a different item of equal value, please indicate this when you contact Customer Support.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must adhere to the same conditions as returns (i.e., items must be in their original condition).

6. Important Notes

  • All requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Miso Soup Games reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the product has been used, altered, or damaged beyond the original condition in which it was shipped.
